If you used to receive LCD Text messaging and your service stopped in the last month. Please try these solutions before contacting LCD directly.
Sprint Users: Call 888-211-4727 and ask them to unblock shortcode 89361, 87844 and 88911
Verizon Users: Call 800-922-0204 and have Premium SMS block removed
If you have recently ported your number over to a new carrier, confirmed that the new carrier is not blocking short code and you are still not recieving text messages. Please leave a message for Brian Mirizzi, LCD Systems Administrator (860) 626-7521.
